TOWER OF GOD

Tower of God …what a title O.O … really captivating with a lot of potential… It makes me think- before starting with the manhwa- what kind of things it can have?!! And after trying to imagine for couple of minutes I stop with: WOW it must be a dreamy place… a heaven :D and a giant grin is drawn unconsciously on my face.. I’m ganna read about paradise for sure!! Or at least that’s what I thought >.<;

As I started reading this manhwa, I was reading continuously without stopping, chapter after another after another…… till my eyes were blurry and I could read no more… A captivating story, touching, beautiful art….etc in short an Epic manhwa…. But it wasn’t because of its heavenly atmosphere that I was reading nonstop… actually it was more like a hellish tower :O:O:O yeah surprising !!!

But even though the story was nothing like what I imagined it IS A MAGNIFICENT EPIC MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!  It’s a... a… I donno how to describe it! But it s absolutely from the best manga/manhwas ever! What a story! Absolutely from the top webtoons!

The art is nice, decent and lovely to the eyes, the plot is not 100% original but it is presented and manipulated in a way that gave it a unique sensation, and an original print. Unquestionably beautiful and interesting storyline!!!!! I’m not ganna describe it more so that I won’t spoil the manhwa for u guys... but it is absolutely worth ur time if u like to read about an imaginary place with fictional rules and logic….

The manhwa is full with different kind of emotions... different type of characters and looooots of unveiled mysteries. It has a lot of potential to proceed forward successfully. But the thing that bothers me about this manhwa is the slow pace of the events... Maybe its becuz I’m too impatient and I wanna know how the story will turn as it is full of twists :O:O

TOWER OF GOD is full of fantasy, mystery, unexpected twists, drama, strong emotions and deep characters… It is a must read don’t miss it ;) take my advise;)

Spellbinding Novel for Nicholas Sparks

“A Bend in the Road”… One of the best novels that I’ve came across… not too long, not too short, around 400 pages only.

The author “Nicholas Sparks” is one of the bestselling authors… he has several novels that has been turned into movies...

Anyways back to The Novel that I read: P it’s just GREAT!!! It kept me sitting on the edge of my desk unable to rest before I read it all: O… I just kept finishing a chapter after another without keeping track of the time I spent reading... Not getting bored always wanting more!! Flipping the pages nonstop!!! As if the author casts a spell on the reader and make him bound to finish the novel till the end.

I’m not ganna spoil the story for you, so I’m not ganna write a summery or whatever I’m just ganna write how much I enjoyed reading it.

The story is rich, variable emotions different states of the characters, their anger, rage, love, romance, sadness, bitterness, hope, confusion…etc the reader gets to experience these emotions along with the characters which binds him more to the novel and the story as if there is an invisible unexplained connection between them and the reader… at least that’s what I felt while reading and feeling all the emotions the characters had.

Not just emotions enriched the novel, not just words I was reading in the novel, my mind was there in that country the characters live in, I was seeing them I was able to feel with them to share their emotions and experience… I was able to share their grief and romance their joy and agony… every word seemed real, I was able to feel it in my heart.

The story line was AMAZING, spellbinding, captivating, page turner….etc I really can’t give a fair description! The author was using normal English words and turn them into a magic spell that kept me holding the book and reading on and on and on till I realized that my day was starting to end, and I’ve been reading nonstop since dawn! Yeah loosing track of time while reading is a proof of how much the plot and story were nice a satisfying. Variety of different elements was strongly present: from romance to mystery, from tragedy to happy moments and detailed description of daily life activities.

As a conclusion, this novel is absolutely worth ur time, give it a shot u wont regret it ;)

BYE BYE BAD LUCK

BAD LUCK… sometimes we feel that bad luck is tagging along with us in our life journey. As for me 2012 was full of BAD LUCK!!! I know some don’t believe in LUCK or DESTINY or WHATEVER… bla bla…  BUT now it is 2013! Yeah 2012 is over already, all the past years, all the bad luck I had is over, because now it’s a new year we are still in January of 2013!!!

Few days ago I was searching for good song to listen to and guess what :D:D I came across one of Taylor Swift songs :D:D WE ARE NEVER EVER GETTING BACK TO GETHER! A long title right :P but while listening to the lyrics I was imagining myself telling them to the bad luck that was intruding to my life… yeah I’m never ever going to let you in to my life again... I’ll dump you in the past… I’ll leave your side forever and ever… BAD LUCK your part of history for me :D I’m ganna do my best and leave you for good :D:D yep no more bad luck for me^.^

Work hard + hard work + harmony with my soul + live real = NO BAD LUCK  (^o^)

Happy New Year 2013

Another year has gone, and a New Year begins… each year at 00:00 1^st of January the world celebrates the arrival of the New Year … people from all over the world get optimistic with this new start... With this new chance… they welcome the new beginning and say goodbye to the old one… they laugh and cheer, they dance in felicity, they feel the joy rushing in their veins, like adrenaline ... They forget all about the last year … as if it wasn’t here, as if it was just a dream… a 3 minute dream that merely passed by here..

All the people are excited; all are enthusiastic about the New Year… watching the fireworks… fascinated by the colors and shapes, happy that they didn’t miss watching such a painting... A dark sky sparkling… like our lives maybe… one young couple hold hands during the event, with blushing cheeks , but tangled fingers, watching the booming sky , the sparkling colors… wishing time would stop for them… wishing they will always be like this, holding hands in carefree… An old couple is here too, sitting on a bench while leaning on each other with a rhythmic breathing and smiling faces, after the pass of all these years, and after celebrating many New Years, they watch the sky with a smile with delight, thanking God for blessing them with one more New Year.

On the opposite side of the streets there is lonely man standing there, he had his heart broken the past year, “it’s okay now” he mumbles by himself, “it a New Year, yes it’s a New Year”… A divorced lady holding her 2 years old kid, watches the sky with teary eyes, but then when she see the giant smile on her kid’s face she sighs and says: “ it’s a New Year now my dear, may God bless us this Year”. I look around and I see happy student celebrating the New Year, not all had passed there exams, not all were accepted were they applied… But all were looking forward for the New Year, were they will resume chasing their dreams.

Kids are playing; adults are cheering, business men, housewives, teachers, doctors, engineers, even non employees were enjoying the arrival of the New Year.

Happy New Year… Happy New Year… Happy New Year… That’s all I can hear… Happy New Year…Happy New Year…

ORANGE (TAKANO ICHIGO)

From a while my friend recommended “ORANGE” manga for me but I didn’t find the name appealing so I didn’t check it. But yesterday I was searching for a good read and I remembered orange so I decided to give it a try… and I was like OMG!!! This manga is super awesome :O I couldn’t lift my head up while reading this manga... and I kept reading and reading till I reached the last scanlated chapter... and for my disappointment the next chapter will be released in January!!! So I have to wait >.< so frustrating >.<

This manga is more than original in many aspects… I’ve never came across any manga with similar plot or common idea. I’m not going to spoil the manga for you so I’m not going to tell the story. But this is a must read manga! Beside that the mangaka is a real genius; her art and the story line are definitely great. The art is charming and beautiful, the characters are not clones not even the side characters... each one has its own style, from hair cut to their features to their personality. But well as the story is school life genre then the uniform is mostly illustrated.

 




As much as the art is pretty the plot line is fascinating and enchanting. When you start reading a spell is cast on you so that you live with the manga characters every detail and you share their feelings… whenever the heroine is sad you feel the sadness in your heart and if she is happy you also feel happy. The feelings and the emotions of the characters become united with yours. Or at least that was the case with me. The manga gave me a bitter sweet sensation that I can’t explain, I was reading orange not only with my eyes but with my heart too.

The mystery factor is a big bonus in this manga. Along with mystery drama, romance and school life are the main component of Orange. The romance is so sweet, the drama can make you’re your heart wrench, and mystery will force your mind to think and wonder. All along the stunning plot and story line progress this manga is spell binding. In short Orange is a great manga with beautiful art and if you skip reading it then you are really missing something great and original. Read it! It is definitely worth your time :D

Story of the Dying Rose

Do you have a dream deep inside your mind? Do you have a dream with spider webs around? Do you have a dream forgotten all alone in the shadows of your soul? Then here I’m going to tell a story of a Rose neglected by the world, and suffering alone…

Once upon a time, there was a Red Rose forgotten at the shadows of a garden, with no sun or water. Little by little the scarlet red began to fade, the charming odor started to end, and the petals were falling like tear drops from the Rose’s broken heart. The Rose was abandoned by the whole world; even hope had no mercy on the dying Rose. The Rose was so sad and pitiful, it started to bend, and the stem was no longer standing still. The Rose was dying alone, suffering in the shadows, little by little, suffering every moment. The Rose by then was an ugly stem, with nothing but thorns of regret and bitterness, with nothing but pale petals scattered on the ground underneath it. Despite the loss the Rose was struggling to live… But how foolish of the Rose, with no nourishment at all, did it think life would let it glow!!?

A dream abandoned in the maze of your mind, with no nourishment what so ever, with no hard work, positive attitude or even determination, for it to come true… The dream will never see the light or glow in the sky of your world… It will have the same fate as the dying Rose...

What is Life?

 

What is life? Is it a candy house with lollipops and chocolate every where? Is it a happy melody? Is it a beautiful painting? Is it love? Is it friendship? Is it a clear sky with nothing but a bright sun? Is it the cute smile on kids’ faces? Is it the tender touch in mothers’ hands? Is it the sound of laughter between friends? Is it the sweetness between lovers?

 

What is life? Is it war and death? Is money seeking and slyness? Is it wickedness and maliciousness? Is it dying for the weak and long live for the strong? Is it sadness? Is it sorrow? Is broken hearts? Is it back stabbing and deceive? Is it the cruel eyes of a criminal? Is it the rough hands of an abuser? Is lewdness and devolution? Is a black sun in a grey sky? Is it roaring of monsters? Is it fear and scare? What is life…?

 

 

 

 

Why are we born? Why do we breathe? Why do we see and hear? Why do we feel and seek? Why do we let go of our imagination and dream wild? Why do we pursue goals even if they are far? Why aim high if falling down is a possibility? Why do we love the warmth of the sun? Why do we try to captures the stars? Why do we smile and laugh? Why do we care and be nice? Why do we love and like? Why kill and bribe? Why steel and break? Why deceive and take? Why give up and despair? Why not try again?

 

This is life... You choose from what eye to look at it. This is life you choose in what category you want to add in. Life is a dream, life is sweet, life can deceive, and life can steel…BUT THIS IS LIFE!!! You try… You fail... Try again and you shall gain… So don’t give up and seek your dreams, don’t hurt people and don’t be mean… so that when you’re down you can find a hand to help you stand again on your feet. Never abandon hope, never let go of your goals, and you will live your life along with a smile and satisfaction in your heart.
